Summary

New Tab + Pinned Tabs is a Chrome extension that (1) sets a custom page for new tabs and (2) automatically pins a saved set of tabs whenever you open a new browser window.

Data we store

New Tab + Pinned Tabs stores the following in Chrome extension storage on your device:

• Your configured new tab URL
• Your saved pinned tab URLs (pinned tabs profile)
• Local usage counters (e.g., new windows/tabs opened) for milestone "thanks" prompts

Data we do not collect

New Tab + Pinned Tabs does not collect browsing history, search queries, page content, passwords, payment data, or personally identifying information.

How data is used

Stored settings are used only to provide the extension's functionality: updating new tabs to your chosen URL and opening/pinning your saved tabs when a new window is created.

Data sharing

New Tab + Pinned Tabs does not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties.

Data transfer

New Tab + Pinned Tabs does not transmit your settings to external servers. Pages you choose (your custom URL and pinned URLs) load normally in your browser.

Data retention

Your settings remain until you change them or uninstall the extension. Uninstalling removes the extension's stored data from your browser.
